Abstract
 Fever is defined as a change in the body's temperature regulation mechanism which results an increase body above normal 32.7ºC. Antipyretics are drugs used to reduce fever, one of paracetamol, but use paracetamol large doses and for long time has potential cause damage kidneys, brain, liver (hepatotoxic), disorders digestive system, respiratory system hematological effects. These unwanted effects can be minimized using active ingredients meniran (Phylantus niruri L) wuluh (Avverhoa bilimbi) plants. The purpose this study was prove antipyretic activity combination leaf extract starfruit male white rats (Rattus norvegicus induced by DPT-Hb vaccine. principle research laboratory experimental research.
